LLOBET TUR SA is the CONTROLLER of the USER's personal data and informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD).
For what purpose do we process your personal data?
To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The operations planned to carry out processing are:
- Sending commercial advertising communications by email, SMS, social networks, or any other electronic or physical medium, present or future, enabling commercial communications regarding our services.
- Conducting market research and statistical analysis.
- Processing orders, requests, answering inquiries, or any type of request made by the USER through available contact forms.

What is the legal basis for processing your personal data?
Because processing is legitimized by Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:
- With the USER's consent: sending commercial communications and the newsletter.
- For the CONTROLLER's legitimate interest: conducting market research, statistical analysis, and handling requests at the USER's behest.
How long will we keep your personal data?
They will be kept for no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of processing or while there are legal obligations mandating their custody. When no longer necessary, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure anonymization or complete destruction.
To whom do we disclose your personal data?
No communication of personal data to third parties is foreseen except under legal obligation or, if necessary for the development and execution of processing purposes, to our communication service providers with whom the CONTROLLER has signed confidentiality and data processor contracts required by current privacy regulations.

The rights available to the USER are:

- Right of access, rectification, portability, erasure of data, and restriction or objection to processing.
- Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. Mandatory or Optional Nature of Information Provided
USERS, by ticking the corresponding boxes and entering data in contact form fields, expressly and freely accept that their data are necessary to fulfill their request by the provider, entry of data in remaining fields being voluntary. The USER guarantees that personal data provided are accurate and takes responsibility for communicating any modification thereof.

In accordance with current personal data protection regulations, the CONTROLLER complies with all GDPR and LOPDGDD provisions for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by GDPR and LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS.
